The South Carolina State Library is seeking bids to provide various items for our Discus Promotional Kits. Items to be included are pencils, pens, sticky note pads, pencil sharpeners, erasers, microfiber cleaning cloths, flash drives silicone wrist bands and highlighters. All units will have Discus logo and some shall be lettered with different verbage. Items shall be packaged in quantities of 25 each. Each item will have its own total quantity needed.

Specifications and bid sheet will be provided to bidder upon inquiry to Christopher Brown.

Total number of billboards required= 3 per month for 7 consecutive months located in Florence, SC to be completed and posted during the grant period of October 1, 2018-Septebmer 30, 2018.

Factors to be taken into consideration will be: traffic patterns/volume near billboard, right/left side read, overall size, distance from the road, height, and lighting
