COVID‐19 Coronavirus NOTICE TO BIDDERS
As always, it is the responsibility of the Bidder to obtain information regarding projects directly from the
City’s website, www.georgetownsc.gov.
Pursuant to Governor Henry McMaster’s declaration of a State of Emergency on Friday, March 13, 2020,
City of Georgetown offices are closed to the public.
Until further notice, all bids MUST BE submitted electronically through the City of Georgetown’s website,
www.georgetownsc.gov, under “Bids”. As always, bids received after the due date and specified time will
not be considered for any reason.

SCDMH is seeking information from interested parties regarding a vendor hosted work order system that will be used to service appoximately 80 end users and 1.1 million sqare feet in the Columbia and Anderson, SC areas.
