The SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (SCDOT) requests a letter of interest and a proposal containing qualifications from all interested consulting firms experienced in providing Traffic Safety Engineering Services on an on-call basis necessary for analysis and design of statewide safety projects in South Carolina. 

Traffic engineering, transportation engineering, transit service planning, civil engineering, transportation planning and related serves on a variety of projects on Clemson University properties. Typical work will include traffic impact analyses, traffic safety analyses, transportation and parking master planning, modeling and simulation, traffic calming, bicycle/pedestrian planning, roadway design, trail design, design documentation and other related work as required.

Construction Management-Agent (CM-A) Services are required to manage a wide variety of deferred maintenance projects. The CM-A will provide services on all phases of project planning and construction, including preparation of all required state procurement documents and coordination of all design and construction services. The awarded firms must have knowledge of state procurement procedures and will report to a representative of the SC Dept of Administration for each project.
