Objective is to instal an Exit Lane Breach Control (ELBC) system, designed to prevent breaches into the sterile areas of the terminal building, but still allow egress for arriving passengers. The installation/use of an ELBC system is intended to further reduce the secuirty risk of "unauthorized reverse flow" and eliminate the need for security personnel.
The Project consists of a condition assessment of Filters No. 1 and No. 2. The condition assessment will result in an Engineer’s report that will be submitted to SCDHEC for review and approval. Shortly thereafter, in accordance with Consultant’s recommendations design, permitting, bidding and construction administration services will be performed by the Consultant for the Project.
