The Greenwood County Landfill Facility is getting ready to embark on a multi-year design and permitting process to expand a Class III landfill. The County is looking for a qualified firm to perform design work and guide the county through the permitting process.

The SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (SCDOT) requests a letter of interest and a current resume of qualifications from all interested consulting firms experienced in providing Surveying Services on an on-call basis necessary to provide support to SCDOT Staff on various projects. 

The project consists of roughly 14,000 SanF of Specialty Pharmacy, 8,500 SF of Compounding Pharmacy (shelled), and 11,000 SF of Pharmacy Distribution to include circulation, support spaces, and potential loading dock improvements. Final programmatic elements are currently being developed by the Architectural Consultant.

The City of Woodruff is seeking qualifications from consultants to assist in updating the Woodruff Zoning Ordinance and creating a strategic plan for downtown. This project will include a downtown market analysis as well as a new Zoning Ordinance with consideration of recent development and current issues that are not currently addressed.
