The City of Darlington is requesting Proposals from engineering firms for a streetscape project in downtown Darlington. The selected firm will design and oversee the streetscape project. The project includes fencing, paving walking trail/parking lots, sidewalks, painting/decor of a public walkway, security cameras, outdoor seating, landscaping, and trashcans.
Town-wide Hydrologic & Hydraulic Study to assess existing drainage conditions and identify improvements throughout the town, conduct an assessment of the existing drainage systems, develop, assess, and prioritize projects, and establish an implementation strategy for projects to improve the drainage system and mitigate against future flooding throughout the Town of Summerton.
