Design-Build Services for Summer Capital Projects

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors to assist the City in implementing streambank stabilization and enhancement activities along the Reedy River and an unnamed tributary of the Reedy River in Cleveland Park. 

A Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Greenville will be required to accompany each bid. 

This work includes traffic control, clearing, grubbing, grading, seeding, stabilization and Improvement of Flatwood Road. Quality control testing shall be provided by the contactor. All materials and testing shall meet SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, latest edition.
