Replace approx. 7200 LF of 10-inch diameter water main, via horizontal directional drilling (4400-LF) and open cut methods (2800-LF), in preparation for the replacement of the Harbor Island Bridge by others. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-Bid conference scheduled for May 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Project is being funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund and therefore bidders must comply with all applicable State and Federal requirements identified in the contract documents.
