Request for Qualifications for General Contracting Services.  The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new three-story, fully sprinkled, 100,000 square foot building located adjacent to West Ashley High School.  Contact smarlowe@ccorpusa.com to request a copy of the RFQ.

The work consists of furnishing all materials, tools and equipment and performing all labor for the construction of a 23 space asphalt parking lot with ingress on Edgemont Avenue and on Catawba Avenue, including sidewalk along both street frontages, site lighting conduit, and installation of a sanitary sewer re-route.

Roof Replacement

This project will replace the existing chiller one for one with a new chiller and controls. A recent feasibility study recommended that the chiller should be replaced with a unit with seacoast coating for extended life. The unit supplies chilled water to the SCDMH Charleston Mental Health Center located in Charleston.  (SEE ATTACHMENT)

The project is for the replacement of packaged rooftop heat pumps, split system heat pumps, wall mounted heat pumps, packaged terminal heat pumps, and electric unit heaters at Arden Elementary School.

The Beaufort Arsenal is an iconic local historic site and a major contributing structure in the City of Beaufort’s National Historic Landmark District. This project includes: window restoration, renovation of one (1) existing restroom, and construction of three (3) new restrooms.

The City is accepting bids for the upgrade and replacement of the downtown Front Street electric power distribution system in Georgetown, SC. The work will take place at the downtown section of Front Street between King Street and Queen Street.

The project consists of demolition of existing pavement, milling and resurfacing of an existing driveway, milling and resurfacing of existing parking lot and the construction of a new 28' wide roadway, approximately 1,900 linear feet in length. Work also includes the crossing of an inactive rail spur with the proposed roadway.

Installation of 1,110 LF 8"; 613 LF 6"; 2,172 LF 4" water mains, (3) fire hydrants and all related appurtenances to replace old mains and provide flow for fire protection.

This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).  All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract.
