The Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park is a major meeting hub and venue for festivals and concerts for the City of Beaufort. The work will consist of the installation of pile jackets on 33 piles and the installation of epoxy grout on repaired piles.

Upgrades & addition to existing Calhoun Courts Energy Building

Each project is a 136,000 SF main building and a service building of 12,000 SF. Type of construction is concrete slab on grade, load bearing metal wall framing and roof trusses. Some structural steel support framing included. Main building incorporates admin. offices, kitchen/dining, activity spaces and small chapel. Plumbing, Mechanical (4 pipe from central equipment), Electrical and Fire Protection systems are included and associated site work. Each project will be bid separately.
