Roof Replacement of the existing aggregate surfaced built-up roof system down to the existing steel roof decking at the SCDMH Tucker Center Energy Center. Miscellaneous roof repairs are also required to the low sloped roof system that is to remain in place. Roof replacement includes deck repairs and installation of a new two ply modified bitumen roof assembly. Associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.
