The City of Charleston's project consists of concrete spall repairs to the Stoney Field bleacher stands, replacing all the expansion joints and sealing joints/cracks on the structures. Phase 3B(LUMP SUM BID) consists of construction of a 200 gpm well, wellhouse with chlorination facilities and installation of an existing 5,000 gallon hydro-pneumatic water tank and related appurtenances.
