Statements of Qualifications for RFQ 2019-20-063 shall contain requested information and be submitted in the format as shown in the RFQ document. 

The Linksbrook Crossline Replacement project was prompted by recurring sinkholes through the Linksbrook Subdivision located off of Prince Creek Parkway in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The project consists of six (6) locations requiring drainage repairs including but not limited to grouting and sealing concrete catch basins and reinforced concrete pipe, full depth patches for road repairs, roll curb replacement, asphalt overlays and installation of new storm drain pipe.

Pond Road was paved in 2010 with a deep closed drainage system which partially runs underneath Pond Road. Georgetown County has conducted video inspection of the drainage system which shows multiple pipe separations and mineralization deposits at the joints. The project includes approximately 1122 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) between several manholes along with full depth patch at the sinkhole locations.

Major components of the project include replacement of the existing filter underdrains and media for Filter No. 1 & No. 2; replacement of one 24” backwash supply valve; and associated items.

Commachee St. consists of constructing approximately 3,200 linear feet of 22 feet wide hot mix asphalt (HMA) surface Type C, 6” stone base, with storm-drainage improvements.

The City is soliciting proposals for qualified contractors. The project site is within the Mossy Oaks neighborhood within the City of Beaufort. The overall intent is to improve the drainage system to help better protect the homes from chronic flooding that occurs during times of high rainfall and high tides. The overall drainage area is approximately 680 acres of which the stormwater drains in to two distinct basins each of which drain to the marsh and into Battery Creek.

Project consists of upgrading Pump Stations 1 and 2 on SC 41. The work includes wood bridge construction, driving wood piles, grading, concrete sidewalk, concrete sidewalk ramps, drainage, pavement striping, signage, and erosion control to construct a 210ft wood pedestrian bridge over marsh and open creek connecting S-1190 (Old Cemetery Road) to S-1189 (South Pinckney Street).

GMP bid method with Contract Construction. Renovation work scope includes, but, not limited to: rework of existing group restrooms, new ADA shower,selective flooring/base replacement, painting, door hardware replacement, new canopies, rework existing front entrance, extend existing parking, rework existing ponds and drainage, HVAC replacement and water heater replacement in kitchen. Project includes 3 alternates.

 Funding through the State Revolving Fund in South Carolina will be used to fund all or part of this project. The project will be subject to Federal contracting requirements associated with the funding. This project will also have Davis Bacon and American Iron and Steel requirements.

The Richland-Lexington Airport District intends to remove and replace 5 underground storage tanks with 4 above ground tanks. RLAD will receive proposals for the Rental Car Fuel Facilities Tank Replacement Project until 2pm on Thurs, January 23, 2020, at which time bids will be publicly opened.
