New Construction for the Juvenile Detention Center

Development of a rural site into a new town hall with a parking lot, gravel walking trail, and an onpen sports field. Project includes site grading, erosion control. Construction of a +/- car parking lot, a field located gravel walking trail, concrete sidewalk, water control sturctures and an open play field.

Demolition of  multiple buildings on campus as determined by the masterplan.  Asbestos has already been removed.

The project includes installation of approximately 350 linear feet of 16"ductile iron water mainwith appurtenancesand construction of new access road to the elevated tank.

This is new construction of K-5 Elementary School for the KCSD. Colleton County requests bids from qualified licensed contractors for the rocking of approximately 6.16 miles of County maintained dirt roads throughout Colleton County. The project is comprised of nine (9) roadways. At each location, the road is to be fine graded to ensure proper cross-slopes. Cross-line pipes are to be replaced as specified in the plans. Once drainage is improved, an approved rock base material will be placed and compacted.   

The Project consists of the installation of approximately 2,282-LF of 12" DIP water line, 615-LF of
16” HDPE horizontal directional drill, and dual meter pits to connect the water systems between
Walhalla and Westminster.

The project, located in Charleston County, shall consist of construction of approximately 400 LF of concrete sidewalk from the existing sidewalk at the James Island Town Hall to Camp Road.

Stabilization and mothballing the historic Gifford Rosenwald School.  The school is on the National Register of Historic Places. There is an optional pre-bid conference on site July 7, 2020 at 10 am. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program.  All federal CDBG requirements will apply.

Based on its current plan for Normal System Improvement, Greenville Water is investing funds for the construction and installation of approximately 17,720 feet of new six inch ductile iron main to replace existing two-inch galvanized pipe.  The City View project will address a network of mixed sized mains in an older neighborhood near downtown Grenville.  This project is also being partially funded through a grant from the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority.
