This project consists of repairs to Tributary No. 1 to Reeder Point Branch. This portion of the stream is a concrete lined channel that has failed and has additional flooding due to damage in the channel. The concrete channel will be removed and replaced with a vegetated channel reinforced with a permanent matting and a Flextera hydroseed mulch to stabilize the channel. FCSDE or Foundation requests the submittal of Qualifications and Proposals for Architectural Design and Construction Services for building of 30 2/3 bedroom homes between 1100 and 2000 sq. feet. The proposal should include related infrastructure to include lot development, landscaping, roadway, water, and sewer.

Remove and replace the existing campus-wide Fire Alarm System

Provide as-needed general contracting services to all SCSU owned buildings on campus and throughout the state of SC. Contractors submitting proposals for providing these services shall at the time of submittal, and throughout the life of the contract, possess a valid SC General Contracting license with a Building (BD) classification with a minimum Group 3 dollar limit. Each task order will require labor, material, and performance bonds.

Contractors submitting proposals for providing these services shall, at the time of submittal, and throughout the life of the contract, possess a valid SC General Contracting license with a Mechanical (M) classification with a minimum Group 5 dollar limit for the following sub-classifications (AC, HT) Each task order project will require labor, material, and performance bonds.
