Mill existing cart paths, leaving millings in place and remove as needed, fine grade and compact existing millings. Contractor to pave existing milled and new cart paths with 1.5” surface C asphalt along with areas around club house as noted on the plans. Contractor shall place 4” base at different cart path locations where no base and asphalt is found. Form and pour concrete curbing at areas noted on plans along with other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
Work includes the addition of new storm drainage culverts, catch basins, GABC, and asphalt pavement along Van Buren Avenue.
