The Project consists of the renovation to the existing McCormick W.S. Mims Civic Center building. Portions of the existing building will be demolished, remaining portions of the building are to receive a new roof system, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at the proposed site, Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 10 AM. 

The Town requests bids from SC Licensed contractors for the replacement of a built up tar and gravel roof at our Senior Center. Full bid package available upon demand with coordinated site visits beginning 1-4-2022 until 1-12-2022. All bids must abide by SC Law for bidding and bidders.
