The sites in this project are 6 fields (5 Baseball/Softball Fields(#’s 1,3,4,6,7)/1 HS Regulation Baseball Field (#5)) @ the Timken Sports Complex. All fields must be at safe playing consistency-this includes all infields, warning tracks and the grass area @ dugouts. This project requires the removal/replacement of base pegs/pitching mound anchors @ multiple distances. Some irrigation head repositioning may be required.

Construction of 1,370-lf of 72” diameter storm water outfall and associated demolition, earthwork, and roadway paving along Indigo Avenue (S-32-141), Honeysuckle Street (S-32-207), and Deliesseline Road (S-32-206). The Indigo Outfall includes connections to existing storm drains and construction of a cast-in-place concrete outfall structure. The project also includes replacement/restoration of utilities along the project route. 

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Agerton Neighborhood Revitalization – Phase 2 will be received by the Town of Cheraw, at the office of Hanna Engineering at 2412 Pisgah Road, Florence, SC 29501, until 2:00 PM on January 23, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of roadway repairs and approximately 8,300 square yards of resurfacing along Maynard Street, Jerico Street, Godfrey Street, Greene Street and Ingram Street.

The Town of Pinewood will accept separate sealed bids for the complete demolition and disposal of four (4) residential structures that contain Asbestos of Asbestos Containing Material. The bid amount shall include Asbestos Abatement and removal of all construction materials from each parcel. Asbestos testing and project designs have been completed on all structures. This project is being funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program.

Division II - Water System Improvements Project includes the Installation of app. 6,300-LF of 10-inch Water Main and the refurb. of the Rocky Knoll Water Booster Station; as well as other associated work tasks for a complete and proper installation.
