This project consists of a traffic study of the area on and around Hobard Rd to provide Public Works with information to explore the feasibility of various alternatives for the section of Hobart Rd which crosses over the Norfolk Southern Rail. Possible alternatives include terminating the crossing, relocating the crossing, or a roundabout traffic control at Longreen/Spring Park intersection.
