The City of Greenwood and Cardno are seeking services from qualified and experienced contractors to perform capping, grading, and seeding of the Former Greenwood Mill 5 Site, located at 700 Kitson Street, Greenwood, South Carolina, in accordance with Voluntary Cleanup Contract 11-5971-NRP between SCDHEC and the City and the approved Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives. This project is being funded by an United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Cleanup Grant.
