Dowling House - Asbestos Abatement/Demolition: This project will include the demolition of a roughly 1,600 SF residential home including all structural foundations and drives. The site shall be brought back to existing grade and left free of any materials and demolition debris. Prior to demolition, the contractor shall perform asbestos abatement to the dwelling. There is no water or power at the dwelling.

This bid is for the demolition, removal and offsite disposal of 10 existing metal toilet divider partitions, 5 existing metal shower divider partitions and all associated existing metal partition system supports.  The current toilet and shower partitions are floor to ceiling mounted. Project must be completed within 60 days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Qualified small, minority, and/or veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid.

The Town of Ravenel is seeking sealed proposals for the painting of the entire interior of the Ravenel Community Hall.  The Community Hall is located at 5700 Conners Street.  Subcontractors permitted.  The Hall is approximately 3,060 square feet.  All nails, staples, etc. in the walls should be removed and holes patched prior to priming.
