In accordance with the Sole Source section 11-35-1560 listed in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement, the College of Charleston is announcing the intent to procure Jagger eProcurement Software as a sole source procurement for a one year period.

Bidder’s right to protest as listed in section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this intent to sole source.
