The Gills Creek Watershed Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring and protecting the Gills Creek Watershed, is seeking a consultant to update an existing watershed management plan in order to assist with determining new priority actions and bring it into compliance with current EPA requirements. Work must be completed by May 31, 2020.
