Scope of work incldues: Clearing, grubbing and demolition of existing vegetation and asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalk. Project to include installation of brick pavers, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, pavement markings, landscaping/drip irrigation, lighting, electrical outlets, and cypress wood water tower.
