Restoration and repair work on the College's inventory of historic buildings. The general scope and nature of the services includes, but is not limited to: Wood floor refinishing, replacement/repairs; Masonry repair/repointing; Plaster repair/replication; Stucco repair/replacement; Window repair, installation and glazing; Exterior/interior architectural woodwork; Rough carpentry/heavy timber construction includes consolidation/epoxy fill repairs.
