The COMET will accept proposals from qualified manufacturers for the delivery of a new low floor medium or heavy duty trolley bus.   This is joint procurement between The COMET and Pee Dee Regional Transportation Authority (PDRTA).   The COMET at the minimum would require one (1) trolley bus and PDRTA would require one (1) trolley bus.  Total maximum trolley vehicles for the duration of the five (5) year contract timeframe is 10 between the two agencies.
