CWS is seeking to qualify contractors to perform an inspection utilizing Remote Operated Vehicles with the goal of providing a detailed inspection and sonar profiling of the 2.5-mile submerged tunnel located in Berkley County, SC. The tunnel spans 2 properties and will require coordination between both owners for access & security acceptance. Respondents must have the experience and the equipment (ROVs or similar equipment) necessary to perform deep water, fully submerged tunnel inspections.

The contractor is responsible for all permitting, licenses, mobilization, equipment recovery, and an emergency response plan as related to the specialized nature of the project. Any services (i.e., engineering services, mobile crane services, etc.) beyond immediate expertise of the contractor, related to the tunnel inspection, should be identified and include the scope of services, qualifications and resume of the proposed subcontractor.
