The Town of Ravenel is seeking sealed bids from design build contractors to perform additions and renovations to the Ravenel Depot located at 5775 Highway 165 in Ravenel. Construct a 10' X 60' +- wood deck on the railroad side of the Depot. Construct ADA approved ramp/landing on the parking lot side to land at existing ADA parking space. All framing to be pressure treated. Repaint entire Depot building. Optional pre-bid meeting at 9 AM on May 24.
