Sistercare Inc. is requesting sealed bids to identify a qualified contractor to provide a full range of minor building rehabilitation services and to replace the security fencing and storage shed on the property. These services will be prepared under contract with Sistercare Inc., with federal funding provided by the Lexington County Community Development Block Grant and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. All federal CDBG and ESG requirements will apply to the awarded contract.
