Fort Mill School District Four is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to construct a new middle school. The project will be bid single prime and will include all sitework activities for the development of an approximately 50 acre site, the construction of a three (3) level, 160,000 square foot facility that has a structure that is part load bearing masonry and part is structural steel frame.
