Hgtc is seeking a firm to provide digital marketing services for our College.  The offeror must be able to provide assistance with the development of  digital marketing strategies using our website, videos, and social media.  Proving experience in the higher education field is important as well as knoweldge of the communities that we serve.  Our objective is to enhance the recruitment and retention of our students through digital marketing.
