The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to pave designated City of Aiken streets in Aiken, South Carolina, according to specifications, drawings, and schedules. The City of Aiken will furnish manhole risers and valve extensions which shall be installed by the contractor. The City of Aiken reserves the right to increase or decrease the tonnage to meet budgetary restrictions.
