Description of Project/Services:
Construction of a new 4,497 SF (5,623 SF Under Roof) Pre-Engineered metal building complete with concrete footings and 6” concrete floor slab. The building contains two enclosed tool storage areas, both open to the exposed structure above. Interior walls will be constructed of 2x4 wood studs with ¾” plywood on both sides and will extend up to 8’ A.F.F. There will be a total of six (6) man doors and eight (8) overhead doors.
