The County of Charleston and municiple entities contained within are at risk for hurricanes, coastal flooding, earthquakes, and other natural or manmade disasters. The County desires to have disaster debris removal contractor(s) agreement in-place prior to any possible future disaster that might affect the area. These agreements will provide for emergency resources and services that can be readily activated in the event a disaster occurs.
