Work will include but not limited to, the repair of damage to the shorline and timber framed pier, additional pier repairs and electrical upgrades to the pier lighting; bank stabilization consisting of grading eroded areas back to a stable slope and placing rip-rap on geo textile for stabilization; pier repairs including replacement of decking, rails, cross bracing and limited pile repair.  Replacement of existing low voltage lighting and other appurtenance that may be required.
