Work includes demolition, new walls, ceiling, finishes and supporting mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical. Add Alternate No. 1: Behavioral Rooms BM605A, BM605C, BM605D & BM607 to be built-out as Animal Housing rooms. Room BM651 to be Mechanical room serving animal housing rooms.
