Demolition and disposal of 17 vacant structures. Asbestos testing has been completed and special handling or air monitoring is not required. Lots to be left clean and free of debris. All underground utilities are to be terminated and sealed at the street right-of-way. Work should include the removal of all buried pipes and footings for eachg parcel.
