Complete rehabilitation of Quarters J and the garage which are in the advanced stages of deterioration. This facility was constructed in 1917 and was used as a school house until it was renovated in 1934 for use as housing. Anticipated future use: small office space. The facility is within the Officer's Housing Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. Project includes new hardscaping/landscaping to complement the look of the adjacent recently renovated properties.
