Description of Project/Services:
Install three new dedicated outside air units, replace horizontal domestic hot water piping, replace pipe fittings at existing blower coils/fan coils due to dis-similar metal corrosion, replace portions of damaged chilled water piping insulation, flush chilled water and hot water systems and re-establish water chemistry and replace exhaust fans. Project includes alternate to replace existing control valves and actuators (chilled water & hot water) at each terminal unit.
