Provide necessary labor, tools equipment and materials to removal and dispose of floor coverings, resilient base and stair treads throughout all student apartment suites and rooms 100A, 100B, C10 and L10. Install new commercial sheet rubber floorcovering (in bathrooms), concrete stain (in laundry room), vinyl plank or tile floorcovering, 4"h resilient rubber cove base, and rubber stair treads/risers. The volume of space receiving new floorcoverings is approximately 45,000 square feet.
