The project consists of the demolition of 2 existing bldgs, LET Bldg(4-story, 65,000SF) & EL Bldg (2 story, 13,000SF) and construction of a new 54,000SF bldg on the site of the EL bldg and a new parking area on the site of the LET bldg. The new bldg will include classrooms, labs, offices, a 100 seat auditorium, a large conference room, a manitenance shop area, and other associated spaces.
