The City of Pickens is soliciting sealed and competitive bids for the South Pickens Neighborhood Revitalization Project- Demolition of Structures. The Structures selected for demolition are located at: 109 Arnold Dr, 523 S Catherine St, 204 S Lewis St, 208 S Lewis St, 210 S Lewis St, 216 S Lewis St, 218 S Lewis St, 117 Morris Ln and 407 Pendleton St. The contract will also include asbestos removal as well as minor grading and establishment of permanent grass in disturbed areas.
