Involves weekley cleaning of Town Hall, Municipal Building and Police Department along with 4 restroom facilities located in two town parks.  Cleaning includes, but not limited to hardwood floors and carpeted floors, trash and dusting.  Contractor will provide cleaning supplies and keep stocks of paper products on-hand.  A Pre-Bid meeting will be held to familiarize contractors with cleaning requirements and location of facilities.
