Description of Project/Services:
Provide construction services on an 'as-needed' basis over the term of the contract. Construction services include renovations, upgrades and repairs to campus buildings. Contractor must be licensed as required by the SC Contractor's Licensing Board (LLR) for work covered in this solicitation. Contractor must have a SC General Contractor BD license Group #3, 4 or 5. A non-mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting will be held at 9:00AM on 11/7/19 to answer questions about Task Order Contracts.
