This IFB establishes the minimum service requirements for the pickup of scrap/waste tires from the Beaufort County scrap/waste tire collection facility and transportation to a SCDHEC licensed tire recycling facility. Beaufort County operates convenience centers throughout the County at which residents are allowed to bring four scrap/waste tires each day. The tires are collected from these locations and brought to the collection facility.
