The City of Pickens is soliciting sealed and competitive bids for the demolition of structures as part of the Neighborhood Revitalization Project. The work under this contract will consist of the removal and disposal of several structures, including asbestos removal, as well as some minor grading and establishing permanent grass in the disturbed areas.
