HopeHealth is seeking to contract with a firm for the purposes for a new medical office of approximately 8000/sf. The office will be located on the west side of Florence, SC in a new development adjacent to Pine Needles road. The medical office will consist of, but not limited to, the following: 12 medical exam rooms, provider office spaces, laboratory, conference room, breakroom, waiting room, pharmacy and parking lot.
