It is the intent of the State of SC DHEC to accept grant applications to fund Facility-Based Housing Assistance (FBHA) to a single Project Sponsor for costs to operate a supportive housing facility serving low-income persons with HIV disease in SC.The Project Sponsor shall use federal HOPWA funds administered by DHEC, to provide services to eligible persons in accordance with the requirements of applicable HUD regulations and in the same or substantially similar manner as detailed in DHEC’s Action Plan submitted to HUD through the SC Dept of Commerce. Please use the link below to guide you to the application guidance regarding the Request for Grant Application FY2020-RFGA- HV-912. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M.
