Horry County intends to enter into a contract with the successful proposer to provide professional services necessary to create a spatial needs assessment and conceptual design study for the replacement of the Olin I. Blanton Building and the Myrtle Beach Health Department. All work must comply with the applicable State professional engineering regulations. Statements of Qualifications shall contain the requested information and be submitted as shown on the RFQ information sheet.
