The sale is located in Chesterfield County on Harris Creek Church Rd., and Boggy Branch Rd., approx. 34.524465° & -79.914959°. The site is considered good for wet weather logging conditions. Sale boundaries are marked with RED paint. A performance bond of $5,000 will be required at the contract signing.
